Guarantee Policy: MUDE | Beauty Bar takes pride in the work we do and your satisfaction! If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 2 days and we will fix it to your liking at no extra charge. We are proud to offer the policy as our clients are the most valuable part of our business!

Appointment Policy: MUDE | Beauty Bar requires all appointments to be reserved with a non-refundable 50% deposit on a credit or debit card.  You may pay the remaining appointment balance with the card used to book or with cash.

Cancellation Policy: MUDE | Beauty Bar requires a 24-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.  With 24 hours notice, if client paid in full, client may receive refund of service fee less the 50% retainer.  With 24 hours notice, if client paid retainer only, client will not receive a refund and will only be eligible to reschedule in a timely manner.  Canceling within 4 hours of your appointment will be considered a no-show and those fees will apply. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee using the card on file.

Late Policies: Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available or rescheduled. If you are at least 30 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and fees may apply.

Refund Policy: MUDE | Beauty Bar does not offer refunds on service fees nor retainers. We do, however, offer a GUARANTEE POLICY (see above).

Transfer Policy: If for some reason you cannot make it to your appointment and would like to transfer the appointment to a friend, please contact us with your friend's contact information for approval.  They must be able to take your current appointment slot and service type or pay the difference for a service change.  This allows you to be released from your appointment with no penalties.  ALL TRANSFERS ARE SUBJECT TO YOUR STYLIST'S APPROVAL.

Allergies: If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment (coming soon).

     • NOTE:  We do have a Product Ingredient List for every product that we may use during your service.  Please

                   review for your safety and let us know if you are allergic to anything on the list.  We can accommodate

                   by using a different product that will work best for your skin.

Children: We cannot accommodate small children in the lash studio as our team will not provide supervision. Thank you for your consideration.
